On January 9, Kimje City announced the launch of its ‘Jeonbuk Youth Employment Support Program’, aimed at recruiting local businesses to participate in a scheme designed to alleviate the burden of labor costs. This initiative is particularly significant in the context of rising unemployment rates among youth, providing financial assistance to employers for hiring young talent. Over the next 21 months, this program will span across 12 cities and counties in the Jeonbuk region, facilitating seven recruitment drives specifically targeting young job seekers.
