PlayStation’s recent struggles in the PC gaming market can be traced back to its delayed release strategy, which has hindered its ability to capture a significant audience on this platform. According to a report by research firm Newzoo, the staggered approach of launching games on PlayStation 5 before making them available on PC months or even years later has resulted in a mere 13% of players engaging with these titles on PC within the first three months of release.
